FAQ's

Planning
In most cases planning is not required provided the building is:
More than 5 metres from the back of the house
More than 20 metres from any road
Not more than 4 metres high (ours aren't of course)
Not more than 50%of the garden
Not in a conservation area or area of outstanding natural beauty
If you have any doubts please consult your local planner. They are normally very helpful. If you get stuck, please ring us and we will talk to them.

Delivery costs
We keep these as reasonable as possible and will advise when we know your location.

Service connections
With the electric and water (if applicable) these are fairly straight forward and the cost will depend upon where you site your unit and its proximity to the main house.
With the Capel you will need to check the level of your existing sewage system prior to ordering to ensure that a gravity pipe can be laid if this is not possible you will need a pumped system.

Terms
25% with order.
Residual amount to be paid by cheque 7 days prior to delivery.
All major credit cards accepted.
